Located 10 mins from Busselton town centre or 15 mins from Dunsborough, Tonic is your lounge room away from home. Launched in late 2021 after a complete refurb and rebrand, we’re a bar & restaurant experience all rolled in to one. Cruise in off the beach, grab a bite to eat, perhaps a cocktail or pint of local beer and settle in.
During the warmer months we have live music out in the beer garden and when the weather turns colder we move inside by the cozy fireplace to continue the vibes inside. We have live music every Friday and Sunday evening all year round.
At the bar you going to find a great selection of local beers and some of your old favourites too. Our wine list champions wines from the legendary Margaret River region while also looking slightly further afield for some interesting and alternate varieties. Our mixologists will be shaking up classic cocktails with our Tonic twist on each one, and there is an extensive range to chose from.
Chef Ashley and his kitchen team brimming with experience from all over the country are always busy cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Our menu has everything from beer snacks to local sea food, hearty steaks, delicious desserts and, of course, kids meals to keep the little ones happy. Look out for Sunday roast in Winter and weekly specials like ‘Curry night’ and ‘Mussels Mondays’. Oh and the chicken wings…!
